Ryuma

I had the pleasure of photographing Ryuma for his album visuals—a shoot that mirrored his evolving music style. Starting with urban, club-inspired vibes, and transitioning to softer R&B tones for the indoor shots, the challenge lay in capturing it all under low-light conditions. Rotterdam, a city close to Ryuma's heart, served as the perfect backdrop. Using its natural light and unique locations, we created a dynamic set of images that blend urban edge with a more intimate feel. From outdoor cityscapes full of texture and movement to relaxed indoor portraits, the shoot brought his vision to life while highlighting the versatile essence of his sound and identity for social media.
